What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, your phone number or email address, the range you’re interested in and your message. We don’t ask for payment details, and you don’t need an account to use this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry. That might include answering a stock question or setting aside an item for you. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell, rent or trade your information.

Who we share it with

Our website host and form service deliver your enquiry to us. They process it on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Australia. We don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they look at. It runs through Cloudflare Zaraz, so Google’s code doesn’t load in your browser and your IP address isn’t passed to Google. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to recognise return visits. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and we don’t use it or any other cookies for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out spam. It checks technical signals from your browser, not what you type in the form, and Cloudflare handles that data under its Turnstile privacy addendum.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Call us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first so we can fix it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
